Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Wren Supply Co. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Policy Effective Date

Updates to this Returns & Refund Policy apply only to purchases made on or after May 11, 2026. Orders placed prior to this date are subject to the Returns Policy in effect at the time of purchase.

Returns (Unwanted Items)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items you no longer want. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Returns are inspected upon receipt; items received in non-resaleable condition may be refunded partially or declined.

How to Start a Return

Email returns@wrensupplyco.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Refund Options

When you start your return, you'll choose how you'd like to be refunded:

Refund to original payment method. The following deductions apply:

  • $6.99 for return postage
  • 7% processing and handling fee, calculated on the item price paid

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund as store credit. No fees. Free return shipping. Credit is issued to your account immediately upon receipt of the return and is valid for 12 months, redeemable on any product.

If a return is received in non-resaleable condition, we will contact you with photos and offer either a partial refund or return of the item at your expense. If we don't hear back within 10 days, the item will be donated and no refund issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at returns@wrensupplyco.com.

To process a claim, we require:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the shipping box and packaging, including any visible damage
  • Photos showing how the item was packed inside the box

These photos are required so we can file a shipping carrier claim when applicable.

After review, we will provide one of the following:

Replacement (Same Item) — If the item is unusable and inventory is available, we will ship a replacement at no cost. Return of the damaged item may not be required.

Full Refund — If the item is unusable and a replacement is not available.

Partial Refund (Item Kept) — If the damage is cosmetic and the item remains usable, you may choose to keep it. In these cases, we may offer a partial refund based on the extent of the damage.

For approved damaged or incorrect cases, return shipping (if required) is covered by Wren Supply Co., and no restocking fee applies.

Claims reported after 7 days of delivery or without required photos may not be eligible.

Refund Processing

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds to the original payment method are issued within 7–10 business days. Store credit refunds are issued immediately upon inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

Refunds cover the item price paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged or incorrect item.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Antiques (sold as-is)
  • Sale and clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Candles and fragrance items
  • Personal care goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Any item marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

A note on antiques, reclaimed materials, and other one-of-a-kind goods: these items may feature natural variations in tone, texture, markings, or construction — including interior adhesive markings, exterior writing or stamps, tonal differences, and signs of prior use or the upcycling process. These characteristics are part of the item's history and intended design, and are not classified as defects.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will assist where possible.
